Celebrities tend to live very hectic lives and they barely have any time off. To help them relax a bit, they often turn to exercises for the spirit. Meditation is something that probably springs to mind, but that can be time consuming too. Mindfulness seems to be new easily approachable trick that you can do whenever and wherever you want.
