Second dam burst in Russia: Thousands forced to evacuate Orenburg


The Orenburg region in Russia is experiencing severe flooding due to the rising water level of the Ural River. On Sunday, the government declared a federal state of emergency for the areas affected by the flooding. Over 4,000 people, including 885 children, had to be evacuated due to the flooding.
