DRC president Tshisekedi arrives at party HQ ahead of vote results

Incumbent DR Congo President Felix Tshisekedi arrives at his party’s headquarters in the capital Kinshasa ahead of his expected announcement as the winner of elections that opposition leaders have dismissed as a „sham“.
