Police nicknamed 27-year-old Jonathan McMillan ‚Oscar the Grouch‘ after the Sesame Street character when he ran from police during a traffic stop in Huber Heights, Ohio on February 23 and was discovered hiding in a garbage bin. McMillan was charged with obstructing official business and resisting arrest. He was also given a warning for a traffic violation that caused officers to stop him in the first place.
