Banksy’s 2019 artwork Keep Ou T — a repurposed EU arrivals gate from Heathrow Airport with the word „KEEP OUT“ painted across it, minus the final letter T, which one of the artist’s signature rats is using to crack the padlock at the bottom — is set to auction at Phillips in London on October 15.
