Former top cyclist Luis „Lucho“ Herrera arrives at the Attorney General’s Office in Bogota to address claims he was involved in the murder of four farmers decades ago. Sixty-four-year-old Herrera voluntarily appeared at the offices of prosecutors in the capital Bogota, AFP reporters witnessed.
