A 7-year-old dog called Teddy was found trapped inside a storm drain in San Diego, California’s Spring Valley on August 10. Animal services coaxed the hungry pup out with treats. By pure coincidence, as Teddy was receiving care at a shelter, her owner entered the building, telling vets she had been looking for her dog who had escaped from her house on July 23.
