Chilean artisanal fishermen try to disrupt port operations on the third day of a protest to demand an increase in their fishing quotas. The demonstrations, which since March 25 have resulted in around twenty injuries, mostly among police officers, and as many arrests, continued on March 27 in the port of San Antonio, through which most of the country’s cargo transits.
