Former gang leader Duane ‚Keffe D‘ Davis was sentenced to 40 years to life in prison in a Las Vegas, Nevada court on October 13 for orchestrating the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur. A jury convicted Davis, 63, of first-degree murder with the use of a deadly weapon in August. Davis said he would appeal the sentence.
