Spanish National Police, working with French anti-narcotics authorities, have dismantled a branch of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel that smuggled more than 2.5 tonnes of methamphetamine into Europe hidden inside approximately 12 tonnes of liquid vanilla flavouring imported from Mexico.
