Officers pursued 62-year-old drunk driver Darrell Simon as he somehow bypassed the barricades of an active Ironman race course in Jacksonville, Florida on May 16. Simon faces a slew of charges, misdemeanors and traffic violations in his third DUI arrest in 10 years.
