Pilot Mike Bremner and his passenger and nephew Griffin Bremner survived after their Pipe PA-28 Cherokee small plane suffered engine failure at 1,000 feet in California on Monday. Mike saw Huntington Beach and guided the plane to an emergency landing on the sand.
