Video: Smuggler cat intercepted at Russian prison with contraband hidden in homemade collars

Prison officers at Correctional Colony No. 17 in the Nizhny Novgorod region intercepted a cat carrying narcotics on July 21 after discovering two homemade fabric collars attached to the animal containing prohibited substances.
