On November 13, a Scottish brewer opened one of the world’s rarest beers to create a modern version of the historic drink. Dougal Gunn Sharp, founder and master brewer of Innis & Gunn (based in Edinburgh), opened a 150-year-old bottle of Allsopp’s Arctic Ale on Thursday at the company’s brewery in Perth.
