Three occupants of a vehicle swept into a fast-flowing creek by flash floods in Ripley County, Indiana were rescued on May 20. Crews used safety lines to secure themselves as they crossed the river to reach the people in the car, which had luckily gotten stuck on a sandbar in the creek.
