US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff presented a proposal at the United Nations on behalf of Trump’s Board of Peace seeking $2.45 billion from international partners to fund a six-month Gaza recovery programme covering 66 projects across infrastructure, human development, economic recovery, digital transformation and security.
