NATO defence ministers will be discussing the „victory plan“ outlined by Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky during the upcoming two-day talks, says the alliance’s chief Mark Rutte. „It will no doubt be on the table this week,“ Rutte tells reporters on the eve of the talks.
